TOPIC: Bankers Rules

I understand that bankers are allowed to protect printers for other people, but I have a few questions
>If a banker has a gun to defend his bank can he be arrested for illegal weapons?

>How does a banker seek to gain from taking others' printers if he can't take the money out of them?
>What is the quickest way for a banker who has not taken damage (Therefore cannot use /911) to get in contact with the police?

Many thanks, I enjoy playing the banker job but have a lot of problems with police who instantly arrest when they see a printer or a wanted for assault when I defend my home.

I will try and answer as many as I can from what I have gathered from the rules post and also admin/mod help given to me.

Q: If a banker has a gun to defend his bank can he be arrested for illegal weapons?
A: Anybody with weapons that are classed as "illegal" can be arrested even if inside their own building/base, however most cops don't bother to arrest bankers/gundealers as it creates a load of controversy over the arrest.

Q: Can a banker house his own printers?
A: On the rules page it says that bankers can own printers so I am guessing that owning their own printers in their bank shouldn't be too much of a problem. I have seen a couple mods doing this so I am guessing it must be within the rules.

Q: Can a banker house his guards' printers?
A: Yes, guards can own and store printers in the bankers building.

Q: How does a banker seek to gain from taking others' printers if he can't take the money out of them?
A: Although you do not take money from their printers when players come to you to store their printers in your bank you agree a rate with them for example you could charge them 1k a minute for holding their printer in your building depending on what type it is and tell them they need to collect it every 10 minutes. When they arrive to collect it you collect the money from them after they collect it. If you do this correctly you can make lots of profit from being the banker job.

Q: What is the quickest way for a banker who has not taken damage (Therefore cannot use /911) to get in contact with the police?
A: Not completely sure on this one but I have seen a couple of times from various players that you cannot have the cops intervene if you are being raided as a banker. You would need to employ some guards to protect it from raiders.

Alright for the most part Lazybro you are correct.

From my understanding Bankers are allowed to legally store printers and so that'd make it so you can store your own too as well as others.

Also I've seen fellow Admin/MoDs use "/advert There are Robbers at the bank" and have not been gotten on to aslong as you don't spam you should be good on that. POLICE are allowed to stop robbers from raiding the bank because the Robbers are lock picking and most likely have an illegal weapon.
