Problem:
I don't think there's a template for this.
There's a guy called BeefEater and he keeps on finding and killing me (I have a few screenshots), I can' call an admin because I made an F1 over an hour ago, No offence to the only admin (might be mod) Tigz; I also got RDM'd in a gun store. And a citizen tried to mug me with a knife.

I agree with you that sometimes the mods/admins are a bit slow to react but I give them time since I know they are players too and some of them do not live and breath gmod.
