Would it do good to the server? And why would it?: Yes, it would decrease RDMs as Hitman

Hello there :D
Ive got an idea:
Some Hitmans are RDMing and after Randomly killing people they just say in an advert: Hit completed

My Idea is, if it was a hit it will be confirmed in chat.
Example:

Hitsystem: Hit completed, USERNAME gain $5000

The /hit <PlayerName> system just needs to get improved so when i for example (Price need's to be lower than
5000$...)

/Hit <Scottie> an advert message commes.

(Automatic) /HAdvert Someone made a hit on someone.

*Person dies*

(Automatic) /HAdvert Hit has been completed on someone.

Yeah, something automatic should really be in place, it would solve quite a few problems.

An example would also be the payment system. If you pay to get a Hit done, whatever it may be accepted or not you still lose the 5k that you offered. there must be a Payment improvement system that rewards the specific player that accepted the hit "At kill of the target" Gets the money transferred from the person who ordered it.
