TOPIC: how to unlock

By doing No Suits zone caps in certain zones (i dont know if they updated those (they probably didnt cause server sucks))

i have done all zcs multiple times and it still hasnt unlocked

I don't think it's possible to acquire these upgrades anymore - You used to be able to get them by completing a certain ZC type in a certain zone, I don't remember the specifics.

Kinda dumb that the requirement isn't clearly outlined.

It is currently possible to obtain all of them, but they are all tied to different zone caps. For example, you might be able to get the Red Border from the construction site but won't be able to get it from any of the other ZCs. However there are some ZCs that can give the same upgrades.

Whats even better is if you transfer ownership of the gang you have to rebuy them reported the bug like a year ago still nothing
