no i'm just stupid and sprinted right into it but also really good at reflexes - it took me down to 150HP

you can disable the propellor trap by shooting it, and there were cops downstairs that we were preparing to defend against

surely there should be a point where after u shoot it enough it just fully disappears so its at least a bit more balanced than a spinning death machine that can only be disabled and not destroyed
