I've never really got too much involved and give my opinion on applicants when i was staff on SSRP meetings & Prop hunt, i had a hard time speaking with my mic, i can easily write in English with no problem, but being serious and trying to give a clear and good opinion in meetings, i couldn't do it, nobody would understand me. That's why i just simply did like everyone else
When i started as mod, i was actually writing stuff down on people's application, so i can bring it up in the meetings, but i stopped simply because peoples in the meetings told me to shut up and keep it short
