TOPIC: My complaints about the Easter Update 2020

This post is to not shit on the work done by the Community Team, a lot of work and effort has been put into this and I highly respect that however there is one huge issue I find with this update and it's the odds in some of the game mechanics.

The odds have been found out and are extremely shitty, there is almost no way can someone get a Easter Case from the Egg Drop and the Item O Matic chances are also terrible too which the only highest valuable prize is a Nano Suit, it should be rather easier to obtain and making these items more common is a much better approach than having no one even spending anything into these game mechanics.

You may as well just open a CS:GO case because the chances of you getting a knife are higher than getting a Easter Case from the Egg Drop or a Nano from the IOM, let alone getting the new suit or orb gun UNLESS you get very lucky. The EASIEST method of getting an Easter Case is by a booster pack and this is a horrible way to have things as for people who do not wish to spend money on the server, giving it the 'pay to win' the server has notoriously been criticised for and that is no secret.

Making it difficult to get these items is upsetting more players than making them happy about new content because how can they even obtain such items without having to rely on so much luck? You could make it so you have to spend more gems for a SIGNIFICANTLY higher chance of getting a Easter Case from the Egg Drop but for now, this is something I and many others will not be using to spend our gems on until we feel that we do have a good enough chance of obtaining such items.

Now I don't want to leave this post on sort of a negative note but I am really happy to see a lot of work be put in again so don't let this post think I am here to call people out or anything, this is just my honest opinion and how some others may have seen it too so I hope we can see improvements as it's not too late and only day one of the update.

odds are worse than a gacha game

You can easily get an Easter Case for free from doing the Daily Objectives in the weekly tier plus in special events. The odds on Easter Case in Egg Drop are the same as previously and we did see a good amount of people getting the case in the last update. Don't forget that whilst you might not get the case you also will get hundreds of other items that can be very useful to sell, or use etc.

Remember when the Juggernaut suit was common? People LOVE that and suits should be that way, it makes it easy for everyone and cheaper for everyone. Of course some suits shouldn't be common (eg Mummy Suit, EVO, due to their strong abilities) and I completely understand the concept behind Golden Suits which are intended to be limited in smaller amounts.

Are you able to apply for the Community Council as we do need some more SSRP players there who could give us better advice on balancing these features before pushing out an update. We could also develop a checklist for making sure things are standard across updates, This could help us out a lot
