Hence why I am asking for help lol. Can't afford to buy all my upgrades back that I lost for 150m a piece plus costs to make them. Have no idea why or how they disappeared.

Why not instead of trying to buy them back, just nuke for the SCU? Nukes are still only ~15m each. If you can get even 1 off you can sell that SCU for a large profit
