The person who supplied the nitro is the one at fault

Basically if you threw the nitro and rdm that's your fault. If someone runs into you whilst you have your nitro in your grav gun it will be whoever's nitro it is that gets in trouble due to the kill log. Similarly if the other person grav guns your nitro before it explodes catching it and I intentionally using it to rdm they will go off of the kill log unless you can provide specific evidence that YOU had no intention to mass rdm AT ALL but even then if that was the case why mess with explosives

Kinda common sense, the guy who throws it into people would get warned even if it wasn't their nitro it can still be RDM on their behalf.
