About Me
Hello All, My name is Faithful, and I live in Ireland (Shocker). I'm 21 years old. I first joined ZARP in 2019 because some of my schoolmates wanted to mass troll on a DarkRP server, However it didn't take long for me to forget the whole trolling part once i saw just how unique and fun the server actually was. I used to play a lot back then under a different name (xXRaPinKiLL3RsXx), but I had to change it since i wanted to become a moderator, which is where the name "Faithful" came from. I did succeed in becoming a moderator and even became an administrator, but I eventually got burnt out and took a long break, which led to a permanent ban. I returned to ZARP at the start of 2022, Eventually reobtaining my Admin rank and even managing to climb my way up to Head Admin so its safe to say i've been addicted to playing again.

Why Me?
Communication
As a potential CM, my passion and dedication would be at the forefront. Listening to the community with an open mind would be my focus, offering solutions to player concerns and answering their questions with a sense of urgency. My commitment to the role would drive me to act responsibly and with the willingness to aid both players and staff in any way I can.

The community's enjoyment is my top priority, which is why I'm constantly seeking out new ideas to improve the server's features, playability, and user experience. I value all suggestions and player input and would collaborate closely with the Lead Teams to implement changes that will benefit everyone.

Trust
I have worked hard to establish myself as a trustworthy and reliable member in the community, earning the respect of both staff members and players. I have repeatedly shown my dedication to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism on SSRP, as well on the on the Discord server and on the forums.

I've been able to address player concerns quickly and fairly in my capacity as SSRP/Discord Head Admin & Global Mod, ensuring that everyone has a great time. I've always accepted responsibility for my actions, held myself accountable, and ensured that every choice I make is supported by good judgment and fairness.

Dedication
I am a deeply committed member of the community, and my involvement and contributions are numerous. I have partaken in alot of situations ever since I came back to the community. I am a SSRP Head Admin, Sandbox Head Admin, Discord Head Admin & Global Mod, SSRP is where I spend a lot of my time always ensuring the server is always running smoothly, responding to player reports, and trying to keep player morale as high as possible.

I commit a significant amount of my free time to being present and involved, actively contributing to conversations, responding to DMs, and offering advice to players. I love being a trustworthy and approachable member of the community. I am constantly looking for ways to improve the overall player experience on SSRP and how to grow the community, whether it be by training new staff members, hosting events, or working with other LT/CM members.

Activity
I'm as active as they come. I'm constantly online on SSRP, interacting with players, listing changes/suggestions, and making sure everything goes as planned. I'm also just as active on the forums and the Discord server. I'm constantly keeping an eye on almost every single Discord channel getting myself involved whenever im needed aswell as answering every single question that comes my way, This is also true for the forums as i am refreshing the forums at least every 10mins to see what is being said and if any staffing needs to be happening such as deleting posts, approving posts or banning people.

Skills
During my time on ZARP, I've developed a range of skills, but one that truly sets me apart is my ability to listen actively. When someone speaks to me, I'm able to give them my full attention, absorbing even the slightest details and remembering them. My mind doesn't wander as I tune in to every conversation, no matter how unrelated it may be to my own interests. This approach has made me a skilled listener, allowing me to respond with precision and sensitivity.

My ability to manage my time is another skill I can state with certainty that I have. I am able to set aside time for any situation that comes my way or is required i already tend to spend a lot of free time on ZARP already but if not then i can easily manage my time to focus on ZARP related issues/responsibilities.

My Plans as Community Manager
SSRP Balance/Testing Team
Throughout my time as SSRP Head Admin, it has become abundantly clear to me that the Lead Team may not always make the best decisions with regard to the balancing of the server. This is due to a variety of reasons, including the fact that not all LT members actively participate in the PVP aspect of the server, that some are unable to attend balancing meetings due to the fact that the majority do not have enough free time to discuss it for a couple of hours, or simply a complete lack of knowledge on how certain issues with balancing can be resolved, This would be easily fixed if there were more Lead Team members, but not everyone wants to apply for a staffing position just to voice balancing opinions, which is a perfectly valid reason.

This is why my first plan is to implement a team to which people can apply, and whose sole purpose will be to voice opinions on everything related to server balancing, from items and suits to the map. These people will also be invited to the test server for "Testing Sessions," during which they'll test every single server balance change to make sure the buffs and nerfs they suggested aren't excessive or insufficient. The only duties this rank will have are voicing and testing balancing.

Unban Wave
This is something that the majority of the community would like to see return, and I completely agree. The previous unban wave was a success, and I believe that enough time has passed since the last one that this should be one of the next goals for the entire CM team. While some members of the CM team have mentioned the unban wave in the past year, it has never been actually carried out, and this is something I intend to put in motion for the entire CM team as soon as possible if I am chosen as Community Manager. This has quite a high priority to me since, as of recently, me and others have realised that many people could have been falsely banned over the years either due to the Hacking Policy not being followed correctly or if just some Admin was on a power trip and the LT never noticed, so the best way to solve this problem would be to have a clean slate.

Community Spotlight
Something that goes extremely unnoticed within the community is just how much certain individuals will spend their own time willingly to provide the community with some great content, and these individuals will tend to go unnoticed. This is something that I tend to correct. The Community Spotlight will be a way to give a shout-out to the individuals who make great content in the community, and it will get its own special place in the CM team meeting outcome. This will highlight their content and show our appreciation. Those who make it into the spotlight will be rewarded with some exclusive items, like an exclusive SSRP cosmetic and their choice of cases, or an exclusive Pointshop cosmetic with their preferred card packs of course. There will be many ways to be featured in the Community Spotlight, whether it's artwork or even just a great ZARP meme. This is primarily just about recognising these individuals as i feel they are underappreciated.

New Player Experience
It's no secret that the "New Player Experience" on SSRP, in particular, is in a bad spot, and as a Community Manager, I intend to improve it. First and foremost, guides are required, when I first joined ZARP, the information thread was actually quite useful and has since vanished since my return. While some may say that bringing back the "Information Thread" would be sufficient, I believe that more can be done, which is why I will create in-depth video tutorials of almost every single feature on the server. These videos will be easily accessible on the forums in the DarkRP section pinned or even within the server itself.

If video tutorials aren't your thing, I'll also make super in-depth written guides about almost everything you could possibly want to know (this won't turn out like the ZARP wiki, I promise). These will range from the most fundamental DarkRP gamemode basics, such as building a base, to displaying a variety of items/suits on the server, along with their stats. These written guides will also include pictures.

The "Starter Pack" on SSRP is also something i would want to completely revamp because, despite being a great concept, it was poorly implemented, essentially making the player wait seven days to actually get "Started." Instead, the Starter Pack will be updated, giving the player a package all at once with a bundle of items that will include actual useable suits and items (which will still remain non-tradeable for obvious reasons).

Pointshop Updates
You may have noticed by now that the majority of my plans are SSRP focused. While this is true, it is primarily because SSRP was how I first became involved in the community, and it has remained my main focus ever since, it doesn't mean that i will ignore Pointshop. Although I don't have any major plans for Pointshop, I do think that its players deserve updates, and SSRP is currently taking the spotlight of updates this year. I plan to keep Pointshop typically updated with new skins, taunts, trails, etc. It will also still be receiving its seasonal wheels and some QOL improvements to the PS menu which i will personally get done. Learning how to code has always been a huge interest of mine and i intend to improve my coding skills to help with the lack of Pointshop updates.

Being a supportive face
Even though it should go without saying, I felt it necessary to still mention this. The past couple of months if has become completely clear to me that the current Community Managers have been insanely busy outside of ZARP rarely being able to appear for the CM team meetings, Attend testing sessions for all servers or just be able to play actively on the servers. I plan to be the most engaged community manager of all time, no matter the circumstances. I'll go above and beyond because of how committed i am. I'll be actively collaborating closely with the rest of the CM team to make a lasting impact.
