TOPIC: out of cells is aos/kos?

I was arguing that this can't be right, because many of the spawnpoints aren't even in the cells, but everyone seems to be saying it is kos/aos if you're out of the cell while arrested? Surely the whole jail area (behind the automatic doors) is where the prisoners are allowed to be, as that's where they can spawn.

Imagine someone in a suit gets arrested and spawns in the large area of jail, wouldn't that mean it was okay to instantly try and rip them?

I guess arresting them until they are in the cell would be okay, but killing them over and over again doesn't seem right if they are spawning there?

the blue doors you have to press a button to open mark the beginning of the cells, any further than that and the prisoners can be killed or arrested.

In pretty sure it was confirmed that you can be in the table area without it being kos.

Don't shoot arrested people in the dining area, pretty simple. You can check if they are arrested or not by holding them at gunpoint and doing a weapon check.
