Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? Not sure.
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? I believe I was accused of scamming Im not sure if I did or not as it was a long time ago if the person who is owed the item still plays ill just give it too him as its been some months since.
Server - What server did you get banned from? SSRP
Time - How long were you banned for? Perm
Story - What happened? Not too sure as this happened a long time ago, believe it was scamming, Happy to refund player.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?Nope
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Nothing else.
