I just downloaded the new map and put it in the required folder and now its saying this?

Delete everything inside of:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps
then verify game cache all you have is just a corrupt file

I had this problem before I just restarted the computer and then it worked well if that doesn't work try what .uzi said
