This is how it works bidding will start when I reply with:

Bidding is open for <Items> the starting price is <SSRP Cash>

Then you have to quote that with your bid if you have more money to give you quote the highest bidder with a bid bigger than theirs. Your bid only counts if you quote the highest bidder with a bigger bid. Bidding will last at least 24 hours so everyone can have a chance. After the 24 hours if the highest bidder is not outbid in 5 minutes it goes to them.
The auction house will from now on follow these prices for VIP and Booster Packs. They will be used as starting prices:
VIP - $300,000,000
Booster Pack - $50,000,000
