TOPIC: Alright we need to talk about the SSRP Update

As all of us already know that there's alot of players (if not all players) complaining about the update saying that it will never get releaed and are getting tired of being told to: "soon" "be patient" "at the end of the month"

Not only that but as we can all see there has been alot of players making threads saying that they are quitting SSRP because they think that there's not going to be an update on SSRP and it's dead etc etc..

Now yesterday DEADMONSTOR told me on the forums that Chute already confirmed that he's working on an update and when i told him that it would be easier for all of us if Chute gave us a time of it's release, his reply was: "When you code something you will understand that giving a date is harder said than done.", now we can all understand that coding is hard and takes time but the reason that players are complaining because they have been waiting for a long time that most of them gave up on waiting and because of that some are saying that owners are being lazy about the update and some are saying that there's no update

Now in my opinion it would be the best idea if chute makes an announcement on the forums about the ssrp update for example: we are working on the update and it will be released very soon or like: hopefully the update will be released this week or something like that, because in my opinion if chute makes an announcement like this it will give players hope and it will make them not giving up on the update


What's your thoughts about the update?

Would you rather have something "soon" or have someone say it's coming "this week" and it never actually comes this week?

Plus, your proposed 'solution' won't do anything because that's what has been said for the past few months.

Nobody cares stop going on about the update.

A good update with a shit ton of effort that takes a long time to arrive is better than a shit update with almost no effort at all coming "this week"

We've given the community as much information as you need about an update, the fact of the matter is, we as the CM team are very busy, but we are working on getting an update out as soon as possible. Please stop bitching cause it won't get an update out any quicker.
