I’d personally say this is miss leading and still classed as scamming since he contradicts his own rules by saying’roll 100 nothing more nothing less” is personally go to the lt and get there opinion on the matter tho

You can edit that pastebin at any time and this should be classed as trickery. It's such a dumb thing to create and I'd like to see this illegal.
