If I remember correctly, for those who are wondering how he got tapped, if a poison headcrab hits you your hp goes to 1 and starts regenerating back afterwards

the poison headcrab brings u to 1hp and that made eipus 1 hp , and then some kid was shooting with pkm and he got killed
