It was treated as a bit of a meme when Diet initially "scammed" him, with the report being placed in General Discussion and with Black Kid knowing exactly how to report him but deciding to not follow any of it, making it clear it was not intended as a report.

A month later, it got brought back up as a serious report because evidently somehing happened between them. Diet (rightfully) didn't get punished as it was evidently a revenge plot, so I think he shouldn't be punished at all currently and Black Kid is being utterly fucking pathetic.

conclusion: free low-fat h2o

As stated by several others here a proper report should have been made months ago, but Black Kid instead waited over a month to actually report you like he was supposed to.
