TOPIC: Why did special car get ruined?

Like, is there a reason why the special car was made unlockable through blueprints.

I remember it being an issue a little while ago with certain older players who thought the Special Car should remain locked to those who didn't get it the original method.

The problem with this is that we also had a fair few players who kept asking about it, and I can imagine what happened was Chute decided to make the vehicle more accessible. I imagine it was never actually intended to be as common as it is, now (Some people have over 50 SC blueprints), but I think it's more just a direct result of decent odds when opening a BP case.

Still, yeah. I know a bunch of people are still mad about the fact that the SC got "ruined" by releasing it to the general public and that it felt like it was the only thing that really was a genuine collectible from an age past, but these things happen. Not much you can really do about it, now.

Getting the car was actually a challenge and required effort to get, it was also a SECRET. Quite a lot of old players never got the special car because it actually was a secret.

I understand that people wanted it back but it would make sense to bring back the quest to do it. I know that me and other people would still be upset but at least it wouldn't be one of the easiest vehicles to get like it is now.

It got ruined because chute who's in charge of releasing new items and old items in updates is completly out of touch with the way the economy and what the community wants and don't care about it.
Just look at prices on the rare item store, the golden items, the new cases and broken features and item'o'matic during updates. If you try to think there's any reasoning behind anything released besides that of a washed out owner who can't be arsed to put much effort into his own gaming community because he hasn't played it seriously for over 2 years ( if not more ) and just decides to pull out at random whatever seems to be the shiniest item so the kids can waste more of their mum's credit card money you're mistaken.
