TOPIC: To all the Staff.

Lol when someone says “I will improve the staff team and get them working again”... they must be in a dream as it will never happen..

Hello all the Dark RP staff , I and the other user's of the Dark RP server have saw the staff lack in a lot of
" Good " staff member's , What do I mean by this? I mean most of the staff do not hardly know any of the
rules witch they are there to in force , For example :

" I was on the server and I got RDM(ed) , I had proof of this I made a F1 I was waiting over 20 mins , event though there was 5+ staff members online , BUT after 20 mins of waiting a staff member did come to me , and when I told him what happened , he said I cant help you,,, I'm sorry " When I asked why he could not help me he said , The logs reset! , This could have easily be fixed by 1. asking other staff member's if they got the log ( Keep in mind he was online for over 2 hours , and I even asked him was there a lot of F1s he said NO! , "

So what happened to me was not too big BUT when new players join the server and get RDM(ed) ( Killed for no reason ) I think they should not have to wait for a staff member to want to do the F1s, I think the SA's+ should be in force(ing) that the staff members have to do the F1s, because for 80-90% of them they applied to help the server / players with problems ,
But right now it seams that the SA + HA are not doing there job's correctly why do I think this?

Less then 3 mouths ago all the staff would do F1s and just help the players , this was due to the old HA + SA's they would remind / punish staff if they was doing F1s , And that would work BUT now the new SA+ do not know what to do when a staff member is not doing F1s etc , So please CM+ look into this problem before it gets so bad people stop playing the server due to the bad staff, Thank you for reading.

Also I will be applying for SA soon I will make sure ALL staff ranks are doing there job correctly!

Welcome back buddy. If u want a decent staff just give me my powers again. Lol. In all seriousness we are accepting people that dont know anything about staffing and they are most of the time not being trained properly
