TOPIC: To all the Staff.

Hello all the Dark RP staff , I and the other user's of the Dark RP server have saw the staff lack in a lot of
" Good " staff member's , What do I mean by this? I mean most of the staff do not hardly know any of the
rules witch they are there to in force , For example :

" I was on the server and I got RDM(ed) , I had proof of this I made a F1 I was waiting over 20 mins , event though there was 5+ staff members online , BUT after 20 mins of waiting a staff member did come to me , and when I told him what happened , he said I cant help you,,, I'm sorry " When I asked why he could not help me he said , The logs reset! , This could have easily be fixed by 1. asking other staff member's if they got the log ( Keep in mind he was online for over 2 hours , and I even asked him was there a lot of F1s he said NO! , "

So what happened to me was not too big BUT when new players join the server and get RDM(ed) ( Killed for no reason ) I think they should not have to wait for a staff member to want to do the F1s, I think the SA's+ should be in force(ing) that the staff members have to do the F1s, because for 80-90% of them they applied to help the server / players with problems ,
But right now it seams that the SA + HA are not doing there job's correctly why do I think this?

Less then 3 mouths ago all the staff would do F1s and just help the players , this was due to the old HA + SA's they would remind / punish staff if they was doing F1s , And that would work BUT now the new SA+ do not know what to do when a staff member is not doing F1s etc , So please CM+ look into this problem before it gets so bad people stop playing the server due to the bad staff, Thank you for reading.

Also I will be applying for SA soon I will make sure ALL staff ranks are doing there job correctly!

You say you will apply for sa but you aren't even on the staff list

And also I agree with almost all of your points.

The staff team is short, and I'd say the larger percentage of them are trying to balance their "job" and RPing (whatever little is left). How easy it is to blame the Lead Team, when there is a lack of community interest in SSRP staffing, right?
If you want to make a change, try to head for moderator and afterwards administrator, there's no point in planning to get a lead team position from now, as it's rather obvious to anyone informed you don't know what you're talking about. Good try, I guess.

Wrong as a lot of people know most of the long turn staff members left due to them not agree(ing) with whats happening to the server for example lack of updates or lack of staff doing anything.

I can't read this, I keep reading two sentences as if they were one...

I really wish I could undo my past so I could show myself a good mod but I chose to learn the rules and understand them over a year long period and then go against them. I truly feel awful about SSRP at the moment and I wish i could help change that.

What do you mean wrong the current staff are put a huge amount of stress due to the heavy workload, This is not about previous staff or the reason they left this is about the current staff team that you complained about in your main post, like I said before lead team do not sit on the server 24/7 and you can report staff on the forums at any given time don't expect staff and lead team to sit on the server 24/7 come onto the teamspeak server poke us or make a demote request on the forums. people have things in real life they have to deal with.

Have you not realised that SSRP has been declining heavily?
There is not much going on in the server which doesnt motivate people to play and more so to actually staff on the server. No shit there is going to be slower response times and the quality of staff has always been a complete gamble seeing as how easy it is to get accepted, especially now where the only barrier of entry is no warnings and 10 afk hours over 2 weeks.

Basically mate, SSRP is dead, it's staff team is pretty weak and you should just jump on JB tbf
