TOPIC: The reason ssrp is dying

The reason the servers are dying is easy to figure out, i am on server 1 and there are hobos prop blocking a tunnel rdming multiple people, cops are rdaing everyone, multiple f1's being made and the staff online are doing nothing about it but roleplaying until they get rdmed or rdaed. i have seen multiple people leave the server because of this, because it takes forever to get any help and half the time you dont get any help at all until its too late or its by a staff member that just joined the server with no logs. They wonder who ssrp is dying, the reason is the staffing on the servers, they are bias, they are lazy, and they just dont care. I have seen good staff come and go because of this stuff, all the good staff resign because they are tired of doing all the work to keep the servers clean of rule breakers while others do the bare minimum and slide past the lead teams radar. wanna see it first hand? join the servers and dont afk and you will see it too. i see it on both server 1 and server 2, staff doing very little and getting away with it as they meet the little requirments set for them. YOU WANT TO SAVE SSRP RAEKER BUT I HARDLY SEE YOU ON THE TROUBLED SERVERS, AND THE LEAD TEAM MEMBERS THAT COME ON AFK SOMEWHERE AND DONT HELP THE MODS OR ADMINS (IF ANY) DO THEIR JOBS WHEN THEY NEED IT. i dont blame the staff that are resigning nd the members that are leaving, ssrp is dying and it is due to lack of good staff members, the lead team doesnt care like they used too, i remember when your f1's would get handled by an owner because the f1's where so backed up (redpowder). bring back the old staff team, the ones that did f1's and warned/kicked/banned rule breakers instead of joining to just roleplay and ignore it.

I've been taking a break today, I'll join s1 to sort this out.

Why are you targetting Raeker? He is a community manager and is responsible for a lot, it should mainly be up to the SSRP Lead team to keep the lower ranks in order and make sure they're doing their job. I understand and I agree that the staff team are not great right now and haven't been in a long time, but it's not just 1 person's fault. Both the lead team members along with the lower ranks need to step up their game as the staff team is not improving.

It's not the staff members killing the community it's the players not even attempting to do their RP jobs which is why everyone is bored and mass rule breaking.

Two years ago it was a thriving community with people creating shops, building bases and doing their job titles but nowadays it just full of people walking around the streets looking for something to do.

If anything more staff won't help the server, we need the players to pull a finger out and actually play properly but it's too far along now and will be incredibly hard to recover.

s2 is filled with rdmers who kill miners and i only seen one of them get banned because baxter was online and some other admin who took care of him.

I'm not saying rule breakers aren't contributing to this but more staff isn't going to make the server more fun to play if the whole point of the game mode is to play as one of the selected job titles.

the reason everyone is so bored and not basing or making shops and stuff anymore is because its useless, raiding so super easy and even if you are a shop and have an rp house sign they will still blow up your base, cant call staff for rule breaks as they dont come soon enough to handle it or they dont come at al. Raids are so easy since all you need is a goldjugg or even a reg jugg and a handcannon and the raid is gonna be over. no one tries to make shops because once they finish and open up someone just comes along and blows it up, lack of proof lets them get away with it which is why people just place shops randomly in spawn as people cant blow up the actual shop.there really isnt a lack of staff, its lack of working staff, staff that care is what we ned. all the staff no just come on, and join the minges and dont do any staffing duties.

You say Raeker needs to save ssrp but it’s chute’s Server, he makes like 90% of the decisone and Raeker can’t do much about it. But don’t worry the update is around the corner!!
