If you take drugs as a gangster and get arrested it gives you a fine, BUT somehow you can take drugs as a cop and its not deemed as corruption?

Would you not class this as corruption?

There have been many posts about it, and all of them agreed that it is allowed, first of all Chute confirmed it and second the police and the militery use drugs like morphine and so.
