TOPIC: @ChuteUK I payed for ZARP-VIP and It won't give it

I decided to buy ZARP-VIP finally and it seems to not be working. After buying it, I checked my e-mail and i was sent an email from Paypal saying that my purchase had gone through. I was on the server at the time of buying and it didn't give it to me. I went to donate and pressed the button that said Refresh Purchases and it still didn't give it to me. After playing for a bit, I relogged and still there was no VIP. I talked to an admin and he told me to contact you via the forum so here I am.

Did you linked your profile on the forums?

Have you linked your steam profile yet? It should look like this at the very bottom of the vip page

Your ZARP VIP purchase has already been activated successfully. All you need to do now is link your Steam profile. When logged in go to this page: zarpgaming.com/index.php/zarp-vip and follow the instructions to Sign-in with Steam. After linking your account simply press the Refresh Purchases button under the F4>Donate tab or re-connect to the server and your VIP Upgrades will be applied.

Thank you everybody, that was exactly the problem and i will use this information in the future for people who are having the same problem.
