Simply download the folder in there (The first folder obviously) And place that inside your gmod addons folder.
For example
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons

Keep in mind the reload sounds dont work, But the bolting sounds do. The scope is NOT included.
