Hi Aqua,
We are looking into this for you now. You currently have 17 Booster Packs claimed is this correct? If you are still not seeing your upgrades in-game after re-connecting then please provide us the email address and receipt used to make the purchase and we will take a look into this further.

Hi Aqua, We've just checked into this for you and it appears PayPal was taking longer than usual to verify your payment, we have now manually approved it for you and your Booster Packs will be ready to claim upon re-connecting to the server.
