TOPIC: Banned for 1 week. -=rant=-

I know I have a shady past with ZARP with being perma banned in the past ect, But come on?!??!

I gain a 1 week ban for NLR for attacking someone who was spawn rdming, through out the day, RDMING, Harassment, not following Job rules ect. But no one gets banned. But as soon as I do one "little" thing wrong (Yes i still know i'm breaking the rules) I get 1 week banned? Cmon zarp what the fuck?

Admittedly i got a 2 day ban for rdming ect because i didn't know the rules ect and leaving when getting jailed by staff. but I dont get how a staff member can completely ignore spawn killing/rdming/prop blocking/harassment BUT go full out with a 1 week ban for not following NLR. The staff on this server need to learn a no tolerance rule, not picking and choosing what they deem to be more severe (Other than like Hacking ect which puts the actual server at threat ect).

50% of the time there are no staff online and then when there is almost all of them completely ignore people requesting help. I accept my bullshit 7 day ban not like i can make any change about it but its so damn frustrating playing a game with half arsed staff.

This isn't a direct attack at all the staff, as a few who i have come across are nice and decent people. but i think zarp needs to employ more staff because there isn't any authority, before I even knew the rules I went a week killing everyone and eventually i get banned for it and that's when i actually realised that there were rules to this server. That isn't the way to run a server. people should be aware of the rules/consequences as soon as they join the server. not after they spend the whole day doing whatever the fuck they want.

I am sorry for breaking the rules. But i guess i just chose my timings completely wrong, as soon as i have enough of all the rdming/bming/raiding a building site, i tried to sort it out myself (Because most the time the staff damn near wont) and who would be waiting right there? a lovely little admin.

And to clarify about my warn today hours before my ban, I know i was prop blocking, if mass rdm by police ain't enough, when mutants and hobo's are raiding the PD what i'm sure they aren't allowed to do, i decided to put a prop in the way to block them off while i tried to kill the police man, but as soon as the police man died i did remove the prop but the damage had already been done.

Anyhow rant over, presumably people wont like my opinion ect and somehow it will end up with me gaining a larger ban ect. I love the server but there is too much rule breaking for too little staff members and when people try and take it in their own hands to sort it out, they are the ones who end up the worse over.

My bad I didn't word that part correctly, I was more meaning that some staff warn people for mass rdm where other jump straight to ban, It just feels like the severity of the punishment depends on who is staffing that day. and at the same time, you have staff who give lots of warnings ect then dont follow up afterwards then with other people doing the same thing they get 1 warning then insta ban, through my own personal experience i have noticed this. By means of a no tolerance rule i was meaning no matter how severe (Obviously within reason like mass racism, hacking and breaking rules to a massive extent should be an insta ban in my eyes) there should be a system set in place like with 1 warning , then kick, then ban ect.
