neither said "i agree" Para said if there are made up rules like players making their own rules, both parties must agree to certain rules by saying "I agree"

Both parties? If you state down the rules in chat, why the fuck would you not agree to them. How could you possibly not agree to your own rules? The other party also stated they agreed, making it a scam as Jerrry did not pay up (immediately).
