delete system32 and you should be good

Check the following locations for the map and then delete it and also make sure you're not subscribed to anything else with the same kind of map name.
Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\downloadSteam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps |
