How do i turn the (right-click to respawn) off on bhop and when i click F1 It says (Would you like to go into spectate mode)

Press F1 and go to settings, from that ,menu you should be able to disable it.

The menu doesnt come up when i click F1

Type this in console: bind f1 "gm_showhelp" then press F1 settings and you should be able to turn it off bud.

Sounds like you've rebound a lot of your keys, I'd suggest reverting your keybinds to default if you're having issues.
