My favourite time really was not really a moment but in 2017 when we had a massive staff team and lead team and meetings would go on for hours sometimes ending at 5 or 6am where the LT had massive debates and fights for what they truly thought was right, sometimes it went a bit far. in all fairness, it felt like every decision made was reasonable and when votes genuinely mattered rather than one pretty much dominating the process by consistently objecting until they get what they want, the staff team was a lot more reasonable
