More maps.
As fun as TTT can get, being restricted to a single minecraft map 24/7 is going to get boring after a while. We could still keep it minecraft, but add an actual map roster.

Jihad
I heard of this sometime ago. Apparently, it caused a LALALALALAL to play whenever you triggered the suicide bombing. Why has this been removed?

Bonus Rounds
Offers a nice change of pace to the game in general, with stuff like headshot wars and The Hidden usually being among the favorites.

More Detective Gadgets
I dunno, maybe like a defib so he can revive overpowered innocents? Also, D could use some better weapons than a stun gun which is just not worth using.

We had this as well, I personally didn't like it.


We had a detective defib for a short period, was too OP.

The UMP Prototype(Stungun) is actually very effective if you can hit headshots and also lowering a players health and disrupting their view.
The defibrillator can lead to metagame as a player can see a traitor do something and then come back and kill them.

The Jihad bomb was changed to be more politically correct.

Hi Pow, thanks for listing your concerns. Hopefully I can whittle them down and settles your concerns in my reply.

The reason why the TTT server is set to Minecraft 24/7 is due to the popularity of the map. Prior to this change, the TTT server was often barren and people never used to play it. By making this change, it attracted a lot of fresh players, while I find it to be repetitive after a while, I don't think we're willing to risk the popularity of the server with maps people don't like.

As Max said, the jihad bomb had a slight re-work. It was changed to be politically correct and remove the possibility of making players feel uncomfortable. Not much to go off as this discussed in a meeting - NDA at its finest.

Bonus rounds was suggested a while ago. My concerns were that people could join the server during an event and have no idea what was going on. I'll use your headshot war example; a player may join the server during a headshot only round and would be unable to defend themselves unless they were specifically informed it was a headshot only round. In summary, it would be too confusing for players joining mid-round and it would be hard to keep on top of overall. A few people also mentioned that this used to exist and a lot of people disliked it.

As for adding more detective gadgets; we're open to specific suggestions. I personally agree that the detectives could use a few more tools but I'm not sure which. I'll link you a thread that Corionis made yesterday suggesting some more detective gadgets to be implemented. If you could maybe browse the Steam workshop for some content you'd like to see and post it on that thread, we might be able to discuss it later tonight.
