Congratulations! You are now a staff member of ZARP TTT Server!. Firstly let's get to know the ULX menu system, the "Staff Member Menu" we use for the server. Anyone can access this menu, however only staff can see the commands that are available to them.

The aim of moderation on the server is to improve the experience for people, not to interrupt people’s roleplay when it’s not necessary. Staff are there to have fun and to help others have fun too not to ban and warn everyone who breaks minor rules that have little effect on the server. Wherever possible use powers such as mute, freeze and jail instead of banning and kicking.

To make opening the ULX menu easy, bind it to a prefered button using this command:

bind "x" "xgui"

As a staff member you now have access to serveral commands, the commands which are available for your current rank will show up in your ULX menu under different categories.

Staff Rules

Do not abuse your powers in any way.

Do not punish other staff member's if you have an issue contact a TTT Lead Team Staff Member.

Nobody other than yourself should be on your account on our server. (Family, Friends etc..)

You may not have a rank on another server when you have one in ZARP. (Not Including the Friendly Players servers)

Do not use your powers on other staff members without their permission.

Always make sure you have sufficient proof that somebody has broken a rule before punishing them, witnesses don't count as evidence for rule breaking!

Always make sure that the person fully understands what rule they have broken and why they can't do it! This will prevent false complaints etc.

No matter how disrespectful a player is, please handle him calmly and politely, there is no need for you to disrespect him back.

Be Respectful To All Players & Staff!

When banning/kicking someone, check and check again that you have the right person/SteamID!

If requested to help players, do so kindly and without being lazy, think about the community and it's players.

And last, Enjoy helping others, You were chosen to join the staff members for a reason.

How To Get Someone's SteamID

Staff Commands

Staff Commands in TTT can be used in 3 ways

You can use any one of these three methods however you like.

[ Moderator + ] Ungag: Re-enables a player's ability to use the microphone.

[ Moderator + ] Mute: Disables a player's ability to use the chat box.

[ Moderator + ] Unmute: Re-enables a player's ability to use the chat box.

[ Moderator + ] Slay: Slays a player at the instant the command is typed.

[ Moderator + ] Slaynr: Slays a player for a specific upcoming amount of rounds.

[Console Command]: ulx slaynr player amount_of_rounds

[ Moderator + ] Rslaynr: Removes Slays off a player.

[Chat Command]: !rslaynr name ammount_of_rounds

[ Moderator + ] Aslay: Adds an automatic slay to a player by his name.

[Chat Command]: !aslay name amount_of_rounds reason
[Console Command]: ulx aslayid name amount_of_rounds reason

[ Moderator + ] Aslayid: Adds an automatic slay to a player by his SteamID.

[Chat Command]: !aslayid SteamID amount_of_rounds reason

[ Moderator + ] Bring: Brings a player to your location..

[Chat Command]: !bring name
[Console Command]: ulx bring name

[ Moderator + ] Goto: Teleports you to a player.

[ Moderator + ] Send: Sends a player to another selected player.

[Chat Command]: !send name_1 name_2
[Console Command]: ulx send name_1 name_2

[ Moderator + ] Teleport: Teleports a player to where you are pointing.

[ Moderator + ] Fspec: Forces a player to move to the Spectator Team.

[ Moderator + ] Unspec: Forces a player to move to the Play Team.

[ Admin + ] Return: Return a player to his last location.

[Chat Command]: !return name

[ Admin + ] Unban: Unbans a player by his SteamID.

[ Admin + ] Thetime: Shows you the current server time in the chat box.

[ Admin + ] Freeze: Freezes a player.

[ Admin + ] Sharingcheck: Checks if a players account is family shared with another.

[ Super Admin ] Ignite: Ignites a player for a selected time.

[ Super Admin ] Maul: Mauls a selected player with zombies.

Server logs don't count? So what counts as sufficient proof without logs? If player X thought player Y shot him, and asks for him to get slain, it's your job to check the logs to see if player Y shot him. There's no way to see that other than the logs as word vs word isn't sufficient proof? Other than that, nice looking guide. Nicely written guide, one issue though: logs don't count as evidence for rule breaking Surely this is inaccurate? Logs are taken directly from the server itself; they're not really false or faked unless the players themselves stage it. Other than that, nice looking guide.

Sorry boys, these rules were copied from a post RedPowder once made, it was aimed for RP, didn't notice to change that part.
