The Rules wrote:

2.6 Valid KOS Reasons
There are many KOS reasons and they all work in different situations and scenarios, here are a few:
- Holding/Using a Traitor only weapon without announcing that he got it from a traitor.

Unless you say in text chat chat you picked up a traitor weapon you can be killed for carrying one. Players don't need to question where you got it from, although it's nice to ask in some cases.

I was standing right there, I watched you pull it out, so did butterman. Since you didn't state that you had it, he had every right to kill you.
