TOPIC: What are the rules on new poertable tester

i just got in trouble for kosing an admin (false kos) for not wanting to be tested by the portable tester after he kept moving and didnt wanted to cooperate and after multiple warns i kosed him and i just want to know what are the rules on the new portable tester should it be as serious as normal tester or can it be ignored idk if i broek the rules or not

I would say treat it as a normal tester, so a detective should warn you to stop moving twice so you can be tested and if you dont they can kill you.
