There were some teething issues with the big Pointshop update that was released a while ago. I don’t know how active you’ve been since then but some people did lose stuff from their inventory. I have received reports of items supposedly "disappearing" for quite a while ago (many months at this point), however since it should not be at all possible for something like this to happen, it was often dismissed when reported as a "non-issue", given that when it was only a couple of reports, it was highly likely that users had just gotten rid of the items somehow without realising.

I do have a theory for what could potentially be causing items to disappear, and I do believe that it is possible for there to be an issue here, since I do believe that it has happened to me, though I may be mistaken on this.

I will be looking into this and trying to find out if:
a) There is actually an issue
b) A way to resolve it

Unfortunately, if you have lost items, you would need to provide evidence of the fact that you don't have it and that you didn't get rid of it in some way or other, as we cannot just take word of mouth when it comes to refunding items.

how i am supposed to show you that i didn't sell it. only a dumbass would sell that skin and i used to have it. but when i came back to play some TTT it was gone and all the staffs just said that it was a common issue and that i need to post it on the forums.

Similar thing happened to me, I collected like 50 left shark skins and I logged onto deathrun one day to find them all missing, I provided proof of having them and then not, I asked them to check logs and they didn't they just told me to provide proof of me not trading it away.
