So Mattor Just decided as I killed him as he didnt want to kill a T who was kosed his excuse was he was afk even though he was zoomed in with his snipper and he just false banned me and slayed me and yes the t was right behind him killing innos he was also in the tower with a bunch of un id'ds if I should add to that. lol, I was afk as a traitor looking at the forums, then I come back to see i'm dead. Then I look at the logs which show you killed me then you lie about some story about me killing t without a kos or whatever. Plain and simple RDM, don't waste your time. I will say that in my opinion from what I've gathered from both sides, I don't see any wrongdoing in MattorS's actions as he acted as any other staff would have. I repeat, this is my opinion on the matter which you're free to disagree with.

We have discussed this on Teamspeak, and removed the ban console gave him, however the warn and slay still stand.

Actually it doesn’t matter if you are AFK, if you are with unID’ed bodies and not ID’ing them then you can be killed, I got killed for this exact reason once and my excuse was that I was AFK so I reported him, I was told that it was allowed because even though I was AFK, I was still not ID’ing the bodies that were close by, same goes for the KOS I presume

Edit - As of the time of posting this I was unaware that this had been resolved already

1st of all at our discussion I dont recal about unid bodies it was more about me not killing a kosed traitor.

Secondly, you can't exactly kill an afk for being around unidentified bodies, because once stoned dragged an unidentified body next to an afk, took a screenshot then killed them and it got denied his warn appeal.

If you intentionally bring an un ID’ed body to an obvious AFK, that is completely different and that was an irrevelant comparison
