As Newdude has kindly stated, you must follow the template listed if you wish to make a report of him, please ensure you have proof showing the damage and shot logs to prove your claims and proof of his steam id is required. If you wish to make this into a report do what was stated and I will move this into the correct section otherwise I will lock this after some time has passed.
