TOPIC: Need help

I'm having a problem, ever since moderator training where I was gotten to go into the console and type "Voice_Enable 0", even after doing so again with "Voice_Enable 1" I can't hear anyone through any kind of voice chat on the server. Sometimes it comes up okay and then stops. Nothing seems wrong with my voice settings on Good. Screenshot below. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. Obviously if I can't hear then I don't know when someone is being inappropriate or mic spamming. Please help thanks ^^
