Traitor passes were a great way, your best bet is just getting kills on traitors as an innocent or kill on inno's and detective's if you're a traitor.

I only have 5k left, you can have them.

You get points by killing as many T's as an innocent and as a detective. As a Traitor, you get points for killing innocents and even more points for killing detectives.

Using as many C4s as possible as a Traitor is the best way to get points in my opinion. You can also bet, but it won't help you if you suck at the game.
