Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I'd show them how to get onto autostrafe and teach them the basics of bhop such as gaining speed and mouse movement. Once they get the hang of that I'd put them back to normal and teach them how to strafe using A and D. If at any point they don't understand my explanation I'd ask them to spectate me with F2 and demonstrate bhopping and if they still don't understand I'd link them to a youtube video on the basics of bhopping.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone was text/mic spamming I'd ask them politely to stop and inform them that it's against the server rules and will result in being muted. If they proceed to spam they will be muted.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone was using an exploit I'd explain that it's against the rules and politely ask them to stop just like in the mic spam scenario and if they were to continue I'd warn them and kick them. If they were to join back and do it again I'd call a higher ranked member of staff to potentially ban them if necessary.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think I should be chosen as a moderator because I really care about the server as it's my main place for bhopping and where I first learned to bhop. I hope that by becoming a moderator I could reduce the amount of time when there are no staff members present as I too often find myself joining the server and seeing no staff members online. I want to help the server be as welcoming as possible to new players because I think it's a great community with plenty of helpful people and I want other people to have as good of an experience as I have. I don't want people that are trying to troll or ruin it for others to get between players and their enjoyment of the sever.
