I realize that but still there is a chance of it even though it is very unlikely.

If you'd know the proper processes of demoting a staff member you'd know that there isn't a single chance of this staff member getting demoted.

Also, Ajerickson has admitted to doing this with his comments on the thread. No evidence is needed as the staff member has made it clear that the story is true.
