I have discussed it with Videon and they have told me that they will not do it again as they understand you don't like it.

However, impersonation only counts for staff and not for users. Therefore the report is invalid. At no point did Videon try to frame you or get you in trouble - he was simply having fun pretending to be you. As he will not do it again no action will be taken.
