I would like to see you more on the forums, as I hardly see you around here. I'd also like to see more of you on Teamspeak - talking to the staff team, and especially the lead team, is very important as a Lead Team member. Communication is key, so talking to people is basically a must. Several Lead Team members will vote no for you because they've never heard your voice, so please do use a microphone from now on.

I've hardly seen any meeting input from you. Talking in meetings, stating your opinions and saying anything about the applicant is definitely an important aspect if you want to become a Lead Team member.

Prove that you can improve on these aspects and you will get my full support.
