Why would you like to be mod? and why should we make you mod?

I would like to be mod to be able to help with the server. I want to help protect players from other players who don't play how they should (e.g Afk player, exposers and also hackers.)
I really like this ZarpGaming Deathrun server it has some good and nice players and also new players who I would like to help by growing there knowledge by showing them things like simply how to bhop. I've had experience of mod before so I would be able to join when you want me to and I know the ULX commands so you wont have to teach me about them. I havn't had any complaints in other servers about mod abuse. And I hope I can be of used to you I could also gets more players to come as I can shout the server out in the other servers im mod in. (Even though the server has a good amount of players in already )

Scenario1.
A player is shouting really loud down there mic and will not stop what do you do?

First I would gag them for around 2minutes to give them a chance to stop, if they still do not stop I would warn them and kick them. If they were to join back and continue I would have to warn them again and if so ban them for reason mic spam and ignore of staff.

Secnario 2.
A death player uses a exploit to kill the other players on the other team what do you do?

First of all I would have to warn the player for exploiting and if he does it again without listening to staff he would get kicked. If he joins back and does it again he would earn himself a ban.

Scenario 3.
A mod is noclipping for no reason and kills players (abusing). What do you do?

First of all, I would take any screen shots for proof on the demotion of this player. Then if the player was a lower rank then me I would give him a 30min ban to stop the abuse. And then the owner can choose what he wants do do with that player. If he was higher rank than me I would ask either the other superadmins/owners to sort it out with the evidence screenshots I have.
