EDIT: My deepest gratitude goes to Anna & Akemi cause they've converted the video for me (again I was unaware nor told of .dem files - I didn't make the report guide so I wouldn't know), I will review the video but with Anna telling me that the guy is definitely using hacks I will forward it to a community manager to see if we can speed up the process of getting this user banned.
