About Me

What makes me a good candidate?

I believe I am a good candidate for this position as I am very dedicated to the server and very helpful to all players. I have been Super Administrator for over 2 months now and in that time I have become a very trusted, respected and well-known member of the deathrun community. I am always on TeamSpeak whenever I am on the server and even when I'm not. I help anybody that asks for it and go to the extent of my abilities to do so. I always interact with players on TeamSpeak and in-game and I help lots of players via steam even when I am not on the server or even when I'm away from my computer. I'm a key member of the staff team and I'm always there to do what is necessary and I always want to do as much as I can. I interact with the lead team and with every staff member, helping out the server even when I'm not the correct rank for the job.

Experienced

I have been staff for almost five months and super admin for two of those months. In that time I have gained masses amounts of experience of being a staff member and have gone through many changes in the server and community. I have experienced and handled some of the largest situations we have had on the server and have continued my dedication even when the server is going through rough patches. I have handled with skill many situations which were way out of my league and have been fulfilling duties above my role ever since being a moderator. I now have an amazing understanding of how the staff team works and have embedded myself in the community in such a way that I am a part of almost everything that happens on the server. By becoming a head admin I can continue growing my knowledge and continue improving the server, the staff team and my abilities.

Trusted

I am very trusted in the community and I am relied upon to handle the toughest situations by myself. I have never abused any powers and have never had to be talked to about my behaviour and staff duties. I frequently deal with situations by myself which are very complicated and I am trusted to handle them without the need of others. I have been trusted as a staff member even since I was an admin as I was allowed to help train new staff members even without the proper ranking. By becoming a head admin I can continue to gain trust and to prove to the community that the server is safe in my hands.

Helpful and Friendly

I am a very well known staff member in the deathrun community and I am very easy to talk to. I am always on TeamSpeak whenever I am on the server and I help staff and players alike even when they don't specifically ask for it. I feel like I am one of the easiest staff to turn to whenever help is needed and because of my personality and interaction, I am a very friendly player who is always there to chat to. I am helpful even when the situation has nothing to do with me and/or the server and wish to help people out when they are going through rough times. I am a very inclusive person and try to include everyone in a debate without being biased or blocking anyone out. As a head admin I can further improve my reputation and continue helping people but to an even higher level.

Activity

Although I have a lot of work and extremely long school day (11 hours a day, Saturday School, sports after school and at the weekend) I try to be as active as possible and contribute a lot to the community even when I am not in game. I help out people via steam and constantly check the forums to see whether anyone needs my help and to generally check what is happening on the server. Despite my busy life, I am still one of the most active lead team members and whenever I am on the server I am actively engaged and looking to help. I attend almost every meeting and when I am not there I try to help on other ways to go beyond the expected amount. At the meetings, I am very engaged and take large roles in organising the meeting (meeting outcome, training, spreadsheet etc.). As a head administrator I can be more independent and contribute to the server more even when I am not at my computer.

What I plan to do as Head Administrator

As a head administrator I plan to improve the deathrun staff team and to connect the community to make us an even better server. I plan to take large amounts of responsibility in managing the server and hope to motivate other staff members to do the same. I aim to connect the communities together to make deathrun a more important and recognised part of the Zarp servers. I aim to be there to do whatever is necessary and to improve the server to an extremely high standard which makes the server even more enjoyable and enticing to new players, old players and staff members alike. I will contribute to the server in every way possible and I hope to make the community as enjoyable as ever.
