I feel like you're trusted in the community, friendly, and helpful, but not at all worthy for this position at this time. You should work on being more active in meetings, with SSRP staff on TS3 - lead team specifically. Work on displaying a leadership role within the SSRP staff team as well.
Hi Morgan,
In regards to your point on my leadership, I agree with you, and I will definitely try to improve on this.
In regards to your point on how active I am in meetings, I am unsure of where you are coming from, because I am the most vocal person in meetings IMO, as I constantly comment on every single applicant with my opinion. Could you please give some more detail on this point, as I am unsure what you mean.
Thank you for the constructive feedback!
Repeatedly stating facts on an applicant is more commonly seen as irritating than constructive - especially with that voice you keep using when you do it. Sometimes silence is the best way to present yourself in a meeting, though too silent and you'll hardly be considered "there".
You're vocal in the meetings but I haven't seen you communicate at all with the current SSRP Lead Team outside of meetings, let alone with actual SSRP staff members. Instead you're often seen in the same spacer with the same people. Go out for a bit, talk to staff and ask them how they're doing. When they know you exist, they'll support you as well.
I'd rather see a Lead Team member that hardly does any F1s but has proven how to do his job and how to properly help and communicate within the staff team than a Lead Team member that does a consistent 60 F1s each week but has no connections within the Team.
None of this is to judge you or your character - I'm simply trying my best to help you here, as you're a great and hardworking person that I have a lot of respect for.
