Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I like being Moderator and if i get admin it will be easier to deal with rule breakers.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: If i had to train a Moderator i would say go to zarpgaming.com and I will send him the link to template and I well tell him how to go to write everything. I will also tell him that if he gets accepted go to a Super Admin or Head Admin to get trained and actually get the rank.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I will unban him because i wouldn't ban someone for prop spamming i would bring them to a roof and warn them and if i did ban them i would unban them, but the highest i would've done will be a kick but if he comes and non stops prop spam i would have to ban him again.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I should be promoted to Administrator because people can be mass rdming and i'm just looking down in tab menu looking for their name then freeze them with Administrator powers the sits will go faster and easier this one time i contacted a higher up when their were no admins online to get these mass rdmers.
