Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: I would give a warning to the player/players and if they were to continue i would !gag / mute them for a reasonable period of time

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would gather evidence of player/players kick or ban them, make thread of evidence so no false accusations occur, if all fails then i will report to higher staff

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is a means of telling the opposite team where players prop locations are either in game or using different means of communication, Example: Prop A is a box in the corner of the bedroom, Prop B who is dead and spectating explains to hunter A in game/Teamspeak/facebook/steam etc where prop a is "He is in the corner of the bedroom and he is a box"

Why Should I be Chosen: Over my time iv spent playing Zarp iv learnt the Rules, How to enforce them, Reasonable limits on Gags, Kicks, Bans but still have much to learn,
i am polite and decent to each player who shows respect to other players/Staff/myself as deserved,
i know right from wrong, i wont go purposely abusing other players for no apparent reason (or at all) if i see players abusing/bullying/harassing other players or myself, i will act and try to resolve the problem, iv met a few of the staff via teamspeak or in gmod and i find them to very helpful, they show good communication skills and hope to get along with them as well as other players!
